Client Service Associate

Salary Range: $60,000.00 to $80,000.00 annually, or $30 to $40 per hour

Location: 7700 E Arapahoe Rd Ste 265, Centennial CO 80112

The Role

We are seeking a highly organized, service-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Service Associate. This position is part-time with consistent, daily hours, with the potential to grow into a full-time role over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage client account communications with our Charles Schwab service team.
  • Generate documents to open new accounts, transfer accounts, and other account changes through Docusign and other applications.
  • Communicate directly with clients by phone and email regarding money movement and account service requests.
  • Educate clients on account services and capabilities (e.g., how to read statements/confirms, how to use Online Services, paperless options, etc.)
  • Leverage multiple touchpoints to strengthen client relationships (birthday cards, referral gifts, newsletters, website, and LinkedIn updates)
  • Organizes and maintains client electronic files.
  • Responsible for diligent record keeping in the proper databases.
  • Supports client-facing teams through routine account maintenance.
  • Assists efforts to complete firm-wide administrative projects.
  • Training will be provided on firm systems, custodial platforms, and internal processes.

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience required.
  • One or more years of experience in customer service, administrative, operations, or client-facing role preferred; transferable experience from other professional settings is welcome. Exposure to financial services preferred.
  • Well-rounded individuals active in their community.
